As first home buyers, we were already nervous, and moving state just added a whole level of complications. Even though we strictly had to keep to our budget, where other real estate agents were condescending, you were honest but also gave us hope. A year ago we attempted to buy a house and land package and the experience was horrible with the salesman telling us we will never be able to buy a house (this was in the initial consultation before we even told him our savings). With that in mind, we were very apprehensive moving forward and honestly, we couldn't speak more highly of Glenn, or the experience dealing with him.
