Absolutely top marks to Glenn Boole and Kristine Krienke from Place at Bulimba. After 53 years, selling our family home and “downsizing” were always going to be fraught with difficulties, both practical and emotional. Steering the sale of one home and the purchase of another involved three families, and the task fell to Glenn and Kristine. Our relationship never seemed like a business one. It was unfailingly supportive and caring. Kristine had what seemed like inexhaustible energy and commitment; Glenn was unfailingly calm, unflappable, practical and the complete professional. Both listened to our concerns (which were many) and heard them, and responded with kindness and understanding. Great team. Score 11 out of 10.
