Before auction good and interested and I was quite convinced the price would be asking . Disappointing at auction . I felt the 2 Gary Peer agents were wanting to conclude a sale rather than worry about the needs of the seller . Not enough negotiation with the buyer , He got exactly what he wanted , to the detriment of the us the vendor . The buyers advocate was very good and won the day . Shocking settlement date , again but enough negotiation. I felt pushed to sell the property. The agent was well aware of why we couldn’t have a long settlement.

Glenn together Marc and Billy cohen worked as the perfect team to sell our property. Through out the campaign they demonstrated their professional skills and kept me informed all the time of what was happening with the sale. Glenn knows his market and dealt with us in a professional, friendly and cooperative way. He handled our questions and problems well (and promptly). In essence, we were selling a block of land so there were very few attendees at inspections. Nevertheless Glenn attended each opening and reported to us each time. (Just one suggestion: that Gary Peer should check, not assume. that clients are fully proficient in using their software. But this a very minor point.) Glenn is an excellent agent who achieved a great result for us.
