Very Competent Agent

The sale via Glenn was quite fortuitous in that I was thinking about selling sometime next year when a very professional brochure landed in my mailbox, advertising the exact same apartment as mine - six floors down. I contacted Glenn to determine the expected price range and it was close to my requirement, so I met with him and gave him my requirements. In two days Glenn had a prospect lined up to inspect the apartment. I was very firm on price and I think this frustrated Glenn somewhat but he always held his deportment and fought hard to get me my required arrangement.
