Highly recommend Glenn as your real estate agent or buyer's agent—he's truly exceptional!

Thank you so much, Glenn Foster! We first met Glenn at an open house as potential buyers, and from that meeting, it was clear he puts in the extra effort. Although we didn’t end up purchasing that property, within the first week of meeting him, he had already valued our property for sale. Glenn quickly became not just our real estate agent but also our buyer's agent—and a friend—someone we could fully trust who consistently went above and beyond. After a 12-month journey, we finally purchased a property in the suburb we wanted and stayed within our price range, all thanks to Glenn! He then sold our home at auction, setting a street record and achieving a price well above our reserve. It felt like winning the lottery! I can’t thank Glenn enough for his hard work and genuine friendship. I highly recommend Glenn as your real estate agent, whether you're selling or looking for a buyer's agent—he's truly exceptional!

A positive experience and pleasing outcome

When it came to selecting the agent to sell our family home, Glenn Foster impressed us with his industry qualifications and hands on experience over many years working in real estate in our local area. He was well supported by an excellent customer service team in their office who kept us well informed and up to date. He gave us a comprehensive explanation of the content of our sale contract. He provided us with an extensive list of past vendors willing to share their testimonials. He supplied comparisons of properties that had recently been sold in our area and the prices they achieved. He was upfront with the fees and additional costs we could expect to pay. He gave a realistic estimation of the expected selling price, guided us on the best time to go to market, outlined a sound sales strategy and the expected time frame. He informed us on what to expect in the selling process from appraisal, to cost effectively preparing for market, inspections, auction sale, contract exchange and settlement and guided us through that whole period as it played out. He attended at all of the open inspections and was available at all times to keep us up to date on the feedback from all buyers and interpret the data analysis from the online marketing sites to gauge how we were positioned in the current market. His auctioneer was professional, as were all of the agency's support team who attended onsite with Glenn on auction day, working extremely competently and confidently together to achieve a very pleasing outcome.

Professional and hard working

We were very pleased with the result Glenn and the team at Standen achieved for us. Glenn worked tirelessly, it seemed, available at all hours of the day. He guided us through the process every step of the way, always keeping us updated with the latest developments. We’d happily do business with Glenn and the team again. They are a very professional outfit.

From initial engagement, during the campaign and through to the sale he was in contact with me every step of the way. No request or question was too big or too small. Glenn and his team worked in a partnership with us and nothing was too hard or too much trouble. Great result during a challenging time

One of the great things about Glenn is his integrity and professionalism - he didn’t promise us the world to secure a listing, instead he was very open, honest and transparent with us about the reality of the market we were selling in (including the uncertainty associated with Covid-19). In contrast to some of his peers, this display of character gave us such confidence and reassurance that we didn’t need to meet with other agents before signing with Glenn - we knew we wanted Glenn to represent our property. The one promise Glenn did make was that he would do his utmost to achieve the best result that the market would offer, and he absolutely delivered on that promise! Straight away, Glenn’s network and industry expertise shone through. We had a few odd jobs that needed to be done before going to market just a few days later and Glenn pulled out all the stops to get us across the line before our first open. We wouldn’t have managed it in this timeframe without Glenn’s attentive and dedicated support, advice and contacts. Throughout the campaign, the communication line was superb with Glenn keeping us regularly and fully updated. Glenn is extremely engaging and jovial and was a pleasure to deal with. His deep industry insights were abundantly clear in how he approached and adapted our campaign during these challenging times. As fantastic as Glenn is, it would be remiss not to mention the brilliant team that stands behind him. From the rest of the amazing Standen team, down to the stylist, photographer and auctioneer, we couldn’t have asked for a more professional well-oiled outfit. A pleasure to deal with

Glenn is one of the hardest working and most genuine real estate agents I have dealt with. He knows his craft and the market and was able to advise us accordingly. He is very personable and easy to deal with and kept us informed on progress throughout the process. His positive energy is infectious. I highly recommend him and we will definitely engage him again in the future if the opportunity arises.

If you're looking for integrity and professionalism - Glenn is your guy!

This is the second home we have purchased through Glenn - the first was by auction and the second was pre-auction. In both instances Glenn was a consummate professional and helped guide us through the process (as both were a first for us). His jovial nature is very calming - Glenn constantly reminded us not to sweat the small stuff and to focus on the bigger picture. He exudes calmness and confidence at a time that should be incredibly stressful which was very reassuring. Glenn is very well connected within the industry and beyond - when we found ourselves needing urgent conveyancing advice, Glenn helped us get the deal done. Unlike some of his peers, Glenn never took the opportunity to bad mouth other properties on the market, and instead encouraged us to look at what else was available and to make an informed decision. This really highlighted Glenn's professionalism, integrity and confidence in the properties he sells. We are thrilled to now have Glenn acting as our agent as we sell our own place.

Turramurra sale in the time of coronavirus.

Glenn has good communication skills and a lively accommodating manner. He took on the task of social distancing and antibacterial wipes while showing the house to various groups of interested parties. He is a true professional securing the sale in these extraordinary times.
