We just purchased our first home through Glenn. He was very approachable, friendly and transparent throughout the whole process. Being our first home and buying in such a hot market, Glenn was very helpful and upfront about the price the vendors were looking for, so we actually knew where we stood. In such a heated market, where homes are often selling more than $100k over their advertised price, it can often be very disheartening for first home buyers - so it was very refreshing for us that Glenn was so honest and genuinely helpful, and we got our home for a fair amount. We are very excited to move in!
