The market was in decline due to rising interest rates. The valuation made in 2022 was devalued by the rate rises resulting in a lower offer being made. Glenn was aware of our circumstances and advised that we should accept that offer. We did accept and the sale went through. Time will tell if we made the right decision but we took Glenn's advice because we trusted his instinct and knowledge of the property market on the Central Coast. Prior to sale, a tremendous amount of work had to be carried out to make the property presentable for sale. Glenn and his team organised tradespeople to get the work done. When the property went to market it was in great condition due to everyone's hard work. Glenn and his team kept us informed about the property condition and the options we could take to improve that condition prior to sale enabling us to make informed decisions. My wife and I now live interstate and we rely on our managing agent to advise us on the day to day maintenance of the property and he and his team have done that really well for the last 25 years. Glenn was one of the easiest Real Estate Agents to deal with. He was straight onto the people selling the property when we advised him the roller door didn’t work on the final walkthrough and it was fully replaced within 2 hours. He’s a good communicator and we were very impressed by Glenn Harrison
