As first time sellers there were lots of reasons to go into the process with some worry. However, Glenn was recommended by others and he exceeded all our expectations. Despite a somewhat difficult vendor Glenn and Suzie were always very accommodating to our requests to visit the property and if not for Glenn's intervention late on when the vendor and their solicitor were pissing about, Glenn intervened and got the sale over the line. A little disappointed initially re the handover of keys etc (numerous were MIA) but Glenn was able to obtain the majority of them for us and the follow up visit this week with a pot plant and thank you note was much appreciated.
