In his ‘20s and as a new graduate, Glenn’s career choice as an adviser in Social Planning and Policy and Urban Planning which later led to him filling senior lecturing positions in both Sydney and NSW Universities was the foundation to his knowledge and expertise in Sydney real estate and understanding client psychology of buying and selling real estate. Armed with an academic background and being a graduate of both Sydney and NSW Universities, Glenn offers a unique dynamic that no other agent in the area offers. Glenn embarked on a career change in the early ’90s which led to him selling properties in Palm Beach, Whale Beach, Avalon and Newport . Only two short years after commencing in real estate, Glenn acquired his now business, Raine & Horne Palm Beach/Avalon. Glenn has owned property in both Palm Beach and Avalon and has enjoyed a rewarding real estate career since his commencement. Why We Used Glenn Lee from Raine & Horne Plam Beach

Hi Glenn, Stephanie and Natalie, I wanted to write to you today the express my kind thoughts on how as a Team you worked tirelessly and seamlessly to prepare our home for sale. All that was required in terms of advice, feedback and deadlines were done so in the most professional and timely manner I have seen for quite some time. Nothing was really asked of us without providing me time to consider and get back to you. The marketing plan and materials provided were world class and created a huge swell of potential buyers for the first open for inspection and may I add leading up to that first open home. I don't believe that any stone was left unturned when it came to the final development of the marketing campaign. When we received the first offer Glenn you were right there with advice as to how we should best deal with the offer while providing to the buyer the confidence to make the next offer that was ultimately accepted by us. While some people might say 'lets ask for a little more', it was your advice and experience in getting that large second lift offer that convinced me that all the behind the scenes negotiation had been exhausted in obtaining the acceptance offer that was taken. At no time since have I felt we undersold our home! Lastly, I would like to comment on Stephanie & Natalie. What fantastic assets they are for you and Raine & Horne Palm Beach, its no wonder that you are at the top of your game when it comes to listing and selling property on the northern beaches; when you have two highly trained Professional Colleagues of their calibre working alongside you. Glenn Lee selling 2 properties

Glenn has sold 2 properties for us in the last 2 years. Both took a while to sell but Glenn was persistent, always courteous and always had a smile on his face. When it came to the business end, he was very professional and got the deal done. Throughout the sale process his communication was great - after every inspection he would give me a call to provide feedback. I would recommend Glenn highly if one is thinking of selling in this area.

The one worth waiting for!

We had been looking for a long, long time for that perfect house by the beach. We had specific requirements but were prepared to wait for the right property. This was the first house in Whale Beach that we looked at (we had not considered going that far north previously). Glenn was so helpful at the first viewing with his knowledge of the area and the property market in general. We could see the potential and just couldn't stop thinking out the little house over looking the Beach. Glenn and his team helped with arranging further inspections and assisted us in every way through the decision making process. It Was the One we had waited for! Fast Exchange, Fast Settlement. :)

Good communication and attention to detail is key

Glenn is a top class real estate agent. . He knows his market well. He is a great communicator and kept us informed at every step of the way. He is also expert at marketing a specialist seaside property. He followed through on everything he promised and paid attention to the detail. He made the sale process as easy for us as possible. We were very happy with the job he did for us.
