With the restrictions on travel due to COVID-19, we found it quite challenging when looking to buy an investment property. Especially as we are in South Australia and wanting to buy in Queensland. Glenn was the only agent to answer our email enquiry and follow us up with a phone call with in a few minutes of us registering an interest in a property. As it has been a buyer's market it seemed that many agents found it too hard to deal with someone from interstate, given that we could not attend any viewings. Glenn's knowledge of the market in his area and beyond gave us the confidence to go ahead and purchase our investment property site unseen. Glenn kept us informed regularly throughout the negotiation period. Our property is due to settle this month and Glenn has still stayed in contact even while he has been on leave.
