This was not a simple sale for me. With the help of Kylie Atkinson, I was able to plan what had to be done to get the property ready to go on the market. When I was lost with what I should do about removal of junk and personal things I only had to ring Kylie, leave a message if she was busy, Kylie always got back to me with ideas and answers to my problems. Although I'm not incapable, sometimes the sheer magnitude of things that had to be done was made easy with the help of the staff from Bell Property Whether it was gas and electricity supply, replacement of blinds and carpets, heavy cleaning, additional painting, locksmiths, or just general information on the selling process, I always received good advice from Kylie, Glenn and other members of the staff. All the services/trades recommended to me, were the best, Kylie had them organized and work completed in the shortest time with the best outcome, I was really impressed with that efficiency I am extremely satisfied with the service and outcome of the sale, and eagerness of the people associated with my little sale.
