Glenn was helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately neither he or the owner were able to attend the pre-settlement inspection, and a key was not provided to access the garage. Upon settlement it was found that the light in the garage didn't work and all fixed shelving that was present for home open had been removed. As settlement had occurred it wasn't worth pursuing, but Glenn was helpful in following up and calling in several times to help with queries and covered the cost of an electrician to fix the light.
