We meet Glenys when buying a property in Sanctuary Cove. Glenys listened carefully to our requirements and presented homes to us with features that meet different combinations of those requirements. At each potential property, we became aware of her deep knowledge of Sanctuary Cove and her expertise in selling how each property had features that meet our requirements. Because of her experience in doing several successful renovations in Sanctuary Cove, she also pointed out how properties could be easily modified to meet any missing requirements. We did purchase a home through her. When selling our own property in SC we definitely wanted her to manage our sale. For our sale, Glenys provided very valuable advice on minor renovations we could do to maximise our potential market, and sale price. The renovation and sale occurred during the twelve weeks before Christmas when good trades’ people are very hard to find. Her trade contacts were a huge help. She provided great advice and support during the renovation. She sourced the staging company and gave them direction on the style for the staging of the house. The marketing material she produced was a very high professional level. All this support and assistance resulted in the property being sold on the weekend of the first open for inspection.
