Glenys was exceptionally helpful. Great with assisting us with local contacts, as we moved from interstate. She was also very aware of when to step back and pass us onto her assistant Emily. This was a good idea, as we knew Glenys 20 plus years ago. This decision kept the transaction, which was seamless, professional.
