This was no easy task, with challenges presenting themselves throughout the process that she was able to reason through and get a good outcome. Gloria proved herself to be a very good communicator and used various methods to keep me informed throughout the whole process from start to go; this was very much appreciated as I have had bad experiences in the past with other agents. Gloria has a good knowledge base of the market and is honest in her appraisal of what can or can’t be achieved, so I was under no illusions of achieving a sale that was above expectations.
