having spoken with four different agancies,Golan was the only person to come to us with a different stratergy on how to sell our place. he gave advice on how tro get the house ready ,which we followed without spending money on staging(which the others suggested). we started with an off market stratergy as he knew people who might be intersested .He kept us informed throughout the whole process and explained what each step was to accomplish. In the end we sold before auction with a price we were happy with.
