After reviewing and discussing with a few agents and agencies, I chose Golan Flamm and his team at Hodges Caulfield. They handled the sale of my property brilliantly and I was very happy with the service they provided. Golan didn't try to sell me on the highest price achievable (what I wanted) but rather what is realistic and what he expected. This is a true benefit of an real estate agent, someone that wants to build a long term relationship based around trust and honesty rather than simply quoting the highest price possible for a quick sale and more often than not seeing the results come in below par fracturing the vendor-agent relationship. I have to admit that the sale price was closer to what he quoted than what my 'hopeful' figure was. I would also like to make comment that a significant (external) issue arose during the day of the auction which created a great deal of stress for me and the agents.
