I have met so many dodgy agent since I decided to buy a house especially in North lakes, Fitzgibbon and Mango hill area. They give too much price guide line which is much higher than the housing market price. Since I decided to buy a house in Algester, Even if It is much more booming area than North lakes, The price is expectable and reasonable. Also, Gonnie and Place agents give a price guide line to make both buyers and sellers happy.
