She met with me at the property and made very helpful suggestions re advertising the empty property, had excellent market knowledge of the area and understood that I wanted to ensure the property was presented so that a prospective buyer would simply be able to move in without needing to complete any prior work. Throughout the period of time when the property was advertised for sale Gopika continued to communicate with me, sending information on 'Home Opens', private viewings, and for the contract stage.
