We recently had a very sucessful and stress free experience selling our house on Bilgola Plateau thanks to Gordon Archibald, his assistant Emma and the team at Wiseberry, Mona Vale. We’d been considering selling for some time and asked Gordon for his estimate of what our house was worth. This proved to be at the higher end of our expectations and we agreed to ‘test the market’ with an unadvertised low key approach without even a For Sale sign outside the house. For his part Gordon suggested that he would minimise any inconvenience to us by not hosting any Open House days for a period of time but would instead only bring people to view the house who he judged to be genuinely committed and qualified potential buyers. Our house has a number of features including a large garden and many steps which might not suit every buyer. Gordon’s selective approach was clearly the right one though as within only a short period we received and accepted an offer very close to the price at which Gordon thought it would sell. We were delighted. Gordon, Emma and everyone else we met at Wiseberry were a pleasure to work with. Passionate, friendly, reliable knowledgeable and respectful are all good words to describe them.
