As the buyer we had certain requirements in relation to dates, and it turned out so did the vendor. Gordon worked hard for everyone to reach a successful outcome that met everyones needs, the vendor and the purchaser. He was honest in his communication from the outset and we always felt informed. This may have been a situation where someone elso would have put their hands in the arm and said this is too hard, given the specific settlement needs of both ourselves and the vendor, but Gordon kept at it until it worked for all.
