Gordon sold several other houses in our street prior to our decision to list the family home, so we had a good understanding of his approach and his results. Gordon's local knowledge is excellent, as is his customer service attitude. Gordon listened to our concerns and supported our approach to listing the house. He communicated regularly through the process and was extremely fair in negotiations around fees. The end result was a combination of great teamwork between us and Gordon. He has not won several awards with Barry Plant by accident, yet he remains humble and is far removed from the clichéd 'sleazy agent'. If we were to purchase or sell again within Craigieburn, Gordon would be the first person we called.
