Our sale was a blueprint of how to sell a house. Day 1 the house was listed by Gordon after we received a pamphlet in our letterbox on the day we decided to commit to a purchase in another town. Day 4 Gordon brought his team through to see the house. The rest was a blur of views executed by the team as various members showed prospective buyers through the house until we received an offer (rejected) from a buyer brought through by Melissa. The offer was raised by negotiation between Gordon, Melissa and the buyers. The whole thing was barely more than a week, start to finish. It was sold by the time the sign was erected that it was for sale.
