Probably I have met approximately over 50 real estate agents in Australia. All are good in their profession, however Gordon has extra-ordinary talent in interpreting how the property needs to be presented while selling in the market to create maximum value out of it. We were looking for a property agent to sell our first house when Covid-19 struck in March 2020. During this uncertain time, we were looking for someone who would give us the best outcome for our house, rather than just for the sake of selling it quickly. We interviewed three agents in the area but weren't too sure on picking any of them. Then we had Gordon come to our property to discuss the best strategy for selling in the time of Covid-19, which gave us a good feeling to go with Gordon. Initially we were aiming for Auction, but due to Covid-19, we weren't sure what was the best way to sell our house. Gordon advised us to go on a private tender, which we are now glad that we sold it that way.
