In the current booming market, I've been finding it very hard to get even simple questions answered from other agents, in many cases I've been ignored. I really appreciate Gordon in that even though we only met on that day, Gordon was more than willing to answer any of my questions about the property. If he didn't know the answer, he would get back to me later. This led me to purchase the property with confidence and throughout the process, he had been very upfront about what was required from initial offer to settlement.
