Gordon was thorough enough in his communication and was a knowledgeable agent however he needs to seriously look at his manners. I found Gordon intimidating and abrupt. Throughout the negotiation process he came across as if we were inconveniencing him and seemingly lacked patience. The icing on the cake was when we wanted to have our final inspection and we wanted plenty of time to check through all the conditions on the contract. However he said to me " you have until 5pm at which time I shall be ushering you off the premises!" I got the impression he had less time and patience for me because I was a female and a strong minded female at that. We also found that Gordon rushed us to make decisions. I am sure he can appreciate the negotiating of a house worth 1.5 million is not something to be rushed into yet we felt bullied into making decisions and if I asked Gordon more questions he'd simply give us abrupt answers and tried to quickly terminate the conversation. If you are looking for a friendly and warm agent to facilitate the selling of your home I would not recommend Gordon.
