Grace provided weekly updates on the progress of open days. Grace also did private viewings during the weeks. Each week I received updates on the movement of the market in my area and nearby areas. Grace met the market with my property and achieved a very good outcome. Grace picked up the phone when I called, even if outside business hours. I would recommend Grace to you if your thinking of selling.
Grace is second to none. She has been very patient, helpful and generous throughout the selling process. I lost my job and couldn’t afford staging etc to help with the sale. So, she went the extra mile to pay it upfront, lending me her own money until I can sell the house. She also provides lots of comfort and support as I went through not only the sell of the house, but also the breakdown of my relationship. I can’t be grateful enough for Grace. Highly recommended.
