I met Grace as a buyer of a property rather than when she was acting as my agent. I found Grace to be genuinely interested in the property she was selling and she represented her client well. She listened to what I said and acted on that - a nice change from agents who think they know it all and don't listen to the client. She helped me negotiate new territory - I hadn't sold a property for 6 years and things have changed a bit. She also made sure I didn't have to travel unnecessarily and guided me through the IT part of the process. I would recommend her to anyone and am extremely grateful that I found her. She works hard, she works long hours and after the deal was nearly done, she got a little bit extra - how good is that. She also made sure that if this deal fell through there were some back up buyers. Good strategy.
