All I have to say is WOW! I am so impressed with Grace, her knowledge of the industry and her understanding of how to creatively market a property. Initially, I was with another real-estate agency and my property failed at auction. I decided to change agents and signed with Grace from WILSON. This was the best move I could have made. Grace advised me to remove some items and get new professional photography. The new marketing showed the property at its best. Grace booked the photographer the day I signed with her and we had the new shots within a couple of days.
