Grace has her passion in property. She believes that if she does something she likes, she’ll excel at it, and excelling is what she does in real estate. Grace specializes in residential sales and development properties, and building long-term relationships with returning local and international clients. She lives and breathes the Clayton lifestyle and its ever-growing Chinese community.
Grace is fluent in Mandarin and English. She greatly understands the Chinese culture and their real estate needs. Grace is also a Feng Shui practitioner, so she can explain the benefits of what each property can offer her clients.
Grace offers a personalized service, as she believes that each and every client has different needs. She makes considerable effort into discovering her client’s motivation for selling and customizes the marketing of their home with a caring and compassionate manner.
Grace came to Australia in 2008 to study her Masters in Professional Accounting at Monash University. She loves to travel, is a self-confessed food lover with her own Chinese restaurant, and enjoys spending time with her young family.
