We met Grace first time at one of the open inspection when my daughter was looking for a property to buy. At the very first glance we were impressed with the Grace's professional attitude towards us. On the auction day, Grace and her team was there to take the potential buyers through the property and answer any queries. We set the reserve price and soon the auction started. The auction lasted for about 25 minutes and property was sold to our satisfaction. Grace is true champion and team player. She communicates effectively with patience and understands her clients needs and help them with a clear resolution. I don' have any hesitation in recommending her service to anyone.
