We found Grady to lack in his communication, not returning calls in a timely manner, or when he said he would. Very hard to get hold of when needed. Professionalism in working with clients is minimal. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with this agent and found the whole purchasing an extremely stressful experience and would not recommend.
As out of town buyers Grady helped out by taking additional measurements and a video walk through of the property to help us determine the property would meet our needs. This alleviated the need for multiple visits. He was well informed on the area we wanted to buy in and helped us secure the property we wanted.
