A great agent to deal with

Grady was very professional and succeeded in getting a great outcome for both the vendor and buyers. He met us at the property on a public holiday and let us spend 2 hours there and take our time. He was quick to ask our questions to the vendors and pass back the information. He has good negotiation skills and it felt like he was working hard for both parties. Grady is a nice person and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
