Grady is a very approachable and down to earth agent. I was having difficulty securing a property in the Tuncurry area and he managed to find the perfect place for me whilst it was preparing to go to market. He negotiated a good price which myself and the vendor were happy with. Being new to buying/selling real estate, I was uncertain about the whole process. He was able to explain the property purchase in terms I could understand. The communication between my conveyancer and Grady was also great.
