Graeme Anderson, who I'm yet to meet personally, was a great help to our family in acquiring an apartment in the location we were hoping for. After one deal fell through in rather peculiar circumstances - the sale fell through at the last moment when the seller discovered that he could not pocket the money from the sale but that the money would have to go to a trust fund - Graeme let us know of another sale coming up in the same street. We were all overseas at the time, but he facilitated the negotiations in a way that this time the deal was concluded. We are very grateful for this.
