Graeme did a great job for us selling two adjoining houses in Aspendale. He recommended a particular approach which wasn't working and he pro-actively changed to another method which achieved a great result and exceeded our price expectations. It was not easy because there was a tenant in one house managed by another agent so Graeme had to work with the tenant and the other agent. I only marked him down a fraction on communication skills because his frequency of communication was not brilliant but his quality was. That said, whenever we had a query or concern Graeme was on to it immediately and resolve everything quickly and smoothly. We would definitely engage Graeme's services again.
