We had the opportunity to be shown several properties by Graeme. His knowledge of the area was very extensive as he had grown up in the surrounding area. Graeme was very professional and very easy to talk to, he went out of his way on several occasions to help us out with the property we were purchasing as we were interstate buyers. We would definitely recommend Graeme from Harcourts in St Helens.
Started out with good communication but follow up was poor. There was minimal updates on progression of sale, after sale there was nothing. Pleased with result however, contact after sale was difficult. Phone calls going unanswered and replies via sms with an assumptions of the inquiry being made ( assumptions incorrect).
We chose Greame as the Agency was at StHelens and the closest to Ansons Bay. Greame is a down to earth pleasant man who connects well with people. It was good to get to know him and his team. Thanks. Job well done.
