Land Lease sales are different to the usual type of property sale and Graeme was fully informed and expert in relaying these differences to potential buyers. He kept me informed throughout the process and sold my house with a couple of months for the price I wanted.

His advice, transparency, market knowledge and communication is second to none. I had originally planned to have the tenants vacate to do some renovations prior to selling but after inspecting the unit, Graeme advised we only needed to do some minor modifications which didn't require the tenants to vacate which meant I still had rental income coming in during the sales process. On top of that, he was very efficient in organising quotes for the renovations (many of which were better than what I tried to get myself) but was very accommodating whenever I wanted to use my own. Could not recommend Graeme highly enough.
