After visiting this property for the first time, Graeme had a sense that I had a soft spot for it so over the next 4 weeks or so he kept ringing me just to see how I was going in my search for a new home. I went back and had a second look with one of my daughters and she liked it but I kept looking and each time Graeme called sometimes I would tell him what I’d looked at and he would know the building and give me the reasons why the Boundary Street complex was better built etc. One word to describe Graeme would be that he was very persistent and his persistence paid off as I bought the property! I have to say that Graeme was always respectful and went about his job in a very professional manner and I would certainly recommend him to future buyers or sellers.
