I hadn't sold a home in 40 years & was very nervous about going through the procedure of selling the family home but Graeme put me at ease from the start, answering all my questions very professionally, & suggested that I start with an open home. My home sold on the day of that open house, for a price that I was very happy with. I was very happy with the way Graeme communicated with me, every step during the process of the sale, & if he wasn't available to talk when I rang, he returned my calls very quickly which I appreciated very much as I have had friends sell their homes & I'd heard them remark that their agents never returned calls & communication was lacking. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Graeme for selling or purchasing a property. He is honest, not pushy or overbearing, & very important to me, he does the right thing by both seller & purchaser so everyone is happy, he's definitely someone I would trust with either a purchase or a sale as his business ethics & morals are exemplary, & these days, where everyone is in it for themselves with little concern for anyone else, this is very refreshing.
