We cannot recommend Graham and his team highly enough. From the moment he walked through our door he was so professional and only wanted to help us sell our house. He only talked about what he would/could do to sell OUR house, not what he had sold or done for other vendors. He was up front about everything and it was all written down with no gray areas about anything. There were no hidden fees or insentive awards, we knew what we were up for down to the last cent, before we even put our house on the market. He even read through the contract on the house we purchased and suggested some "subject toos" that we hadn't even thought of but covered us in case anything went wrong.
