Graham is a great guy with a real English spirit about him. A true fighter, and a great mediator. I was very impressed with Graham throughout the entire sales process. The key takeaway from Graham was that never did he ever push me to accept a price. If anything, he was encouraging me to hold out for more. Once my comfort level of pricing was reached, Graham was supportive, but again, not pushy. Graham has a great sense of humour, and I would highly recommend him to sell on your behalf.
