We had known Graham from selling our neighbours houses and they said how friendly, helpful and approachable he was. We contacted Graham as soon as we had our mother's house to sell as a deceased estate . Graham came around straight away to advise us as to the best plan for selling the house. He was straight forward and said what he thought it would be worth and was spot on. He also saw who the potentiol buyers would be and was spot on with that as well. Graham has always had his finger on the pulse as he keeps his eye on the market by walking around the neighbourhood and can tell you what is selling, for how much and how the market has been operating for quite a few years. He was so practical and told us what we needed to do to sell it without all the extra work we imagined would be involved . He made us feel that he was approachable and was there when we had questions. When he got ill he immediately handed over the sale to a colleague who contacted us and took over without any difficulty. We felt confortable with Graham's choice and he once again proved how professional he was as to not leave us in the lurch. The changeover was smooth and seamless and so I can only praise him for his professionalism, his initial contact and looking after us in such a professional way. We would highly recommend Graham and in fact all the team at L J Hooker.
