Graham made arranging our first and only viewing of the property easy and pleasant. He was accommodating and supportive. I also got the impression from our final inspection, where the vendor was also, that Graham developed a caring and kind rapport with her by his kind manner and her response. The overall rating can only reflect our knowledge of Graham from the minimal dealings we had with him, as the house sale went through very smoothly and efficiently. I must say Graham was always available and offered support any time needed. He also left us a very generous gift after we moved into the new property. Thank you. R & R Parkinson.
