Very slow to provide required information on insurance, keys garage remote etc not completely handed over until 3 days after settlement, alarm system not activated until day of settlement and code not provided consequently when arriving at property alarm goes off with no way of deactivating very poor Impression of Harcourts over all would not recommend and did not list my property with them.
Due to living circumstances I wasn’t able to advertise my house on the market. ( I had my brothers family temporarily living with me - Graham also sold their house!) I wasn’t sure if it was possible to make a sale off market but after having a chat with Graham and showing him around he believed it would be easy. Due to his experience in the area he brought through possible buyers when the time suited me, my brother has two kids so the house wasn’t exactly spotless but it’s the only way I could have people through. Graham sold my house “as is” and I made no improvemts to the house what so ever during this process! Graham managed to get me the price I needed in a few very easy months! There was no stress for me and selling a house without advertising on the market was a very simple process. Graham was highly recommended by my brother and I can highly recommend to others, thanks Graham!
