Graham took a while to get all the paperwork together which made things a little difficult as the documentation did not come until I was overseas. however thankfully it all worked out in the end. There were also some small errors in the amounts claimed for rates & taxes as passed on to my conveyancer from the vendors conveyencer. which I had to correct.
