Dear Graham, With deep gratitude I just want to thank you and Christine so much for looking after me and for the high level of service given to sell my property. What I didn't tell you was at the end of 2012 Bank valuation on my property was $270,000. Also had two local real estate valuations on my property which came in at $230,000 and $245,000 both dismissing bank valuation saying it wasn't a true reflection of the market. January 2013 had another bank valuation on my property which was $280,000. Checked back with the real estate who gave me the highest valuation who told me the market hadn't changed much since my last property valuation from them.
