Graham is a rare breed: a real estate agent who seems genuinely interested in doing the right thing in the right way, and in making the stressful experience of purchasing a property as smooth and as personable as possible. I found his local knowledge and expertise very reassuring, and valued the fact that he has been operating in the area long-term (ie he's not just a blow-in, capitalising on the current property boom).
