I moved into sales after a 5 year role as Michael King’s personal assistant. I am a loyal and hard working team member, your resident Scot and a people person who prides himself in his customer service, and love playing a part in fulfilling client’s dreams. I understand the enormity of selling or purchasing your most valuable possession and I get great satisfaction from attending to every detail, taking away the stress and ensuring the entire experience is as rewarding and hassle free as possible. I am a keen lawn bowler; I credit my Mum who played many years for the Scottish National team for my love of the game along with a few tips of the trade. I also love everything the village atmosphere of Lennox Head has to offer and believe you would go a long way to finding a more beautiful place anywhere in the world. I am proud to have worked in Real Estate exclusively for Michael, as my boss and mentor, a role I am now determined to replicate. I am an extremely hard worker, have the highest morals, sincerity, and integrity second to none. I am excited to be given the opportunity to move forward enabled by all the knowledge Michael has shared with me over the many years.

From our first hand shake and warm smile, instantly I knew Graham was interested, enthusiastic and instilled absolute confidence in me that indeed he was the man for the job. His outstanding professionalism, knowledge of market and all aspects of key real estate factors has lead to to sale of my house. Graham researched problems I had with council which ultimately lead to the solutions of these complex issues. His diligence with interested buyers and relentless follow up was incredible. My Property was certainly very marketable and unique but without Graham’s management skills and quality advise in every step of the process , I am sure this very positive outcome would not have been possible. An understanding and very capable agent

Initially Graham showed us a number of properties based on our discussions with him. We found that he really listened to our needs. In fact we would say his listening skills are exemplary. Later on when we decided to engage him to sell our home he worked hard to ensure we presented the home to its best advantage and clearly kept us informed of open house procedures and other visits and our clients level of interest. He treated us and our house with great respect whilst also developing a good relationship with the clients. By this combination he was able to get an extremely good result at auction. He made himself available whenever we needed advice from him.
