Graham is a fantastic realtor! My offer on a house was approved but then the strata had issues so it was scrapped. Then Graham came in and sorted it all out and now I’m buyng the house! A very very good agent

We selected Graham after meeting with 4 agents for an appraisal on our house. We were impressed with his knowledge and record of sales in the local area, knowledge of the Perth real estate market, willingness to discuss and resolve issues and his overall approach which was friendly but not at all pushy. During the marketing and sale process we had constant and detailed communication with Graham. We believe we received a fair price on the property in a reasonable time thanks to Graham's work. Graham helped guide us through all the processes and was always available to answer our many stupid questions. There were no problems or delays. We were very satisfied with the pricing for marketing and commission too. Graham is a very professional and efficient agent with good communication skills and a nice guy too.
